Kerry Dove, Director (Chair)
Kerry provides strategic leadership and governance oversight as Chair of the Board, ensuring LWM operates effectively, transparently and in line with its purpose.
With extensive experience in strategy, transformation and performance across the public sector, Kerry brings strong insight and a clear focus on delivering high-quality services and positive outcomes.
Simon Fletcher, Managing Director
Simon leads LWM as Managing Director, providing strategic direction and overseeing the delivery of the company’s services and growth.
With extensive experience across local government and the private sector, Simon is focused on developing innovative delivery models that combine strong governance with commercial agility to deliver lasting value for communities and partners.
Andrea Felton, Board Director
ndrea brings extensive financial expertise to the Board, with a strong track record across local government finance and organisational change.
Her experience in financial strategy, governance and performance ensures robust financial oversight and supports the company’s long-term sustainability and growth.
Lizzie Barton, Board Director
Lizzie Barton is Director of Resident and Business Services at Lichfield District Council, where she leads a wide range of frontline and statutory services including housing, waste and recycling, customer services and digital transformation.
With more than 25 years' experience in local government and the private sector, she has successfully delivered major transformation programmes, championed innovation and improved outcomes for residents and businesses. Lizzie is passionate about modernising public services while maintaining strong governance, accountability and value for money.
Ian Gardner, Company Secretary
Ian supports the Board by ensuring strong governance processes, compliance and effective decision-making frameworks are in place.
His role helps maintain transparency and supports the effective operation of the company’s governance arrangements.
