She provides strategic financial oversight across LWM, ensuring the company operates efficiently, sustainably and with a clear focus on delivering value while supporting long-term investment in services.

Jim brings extensive experience across leisure, health and wellbeing, with a strong track record of leading multi-site operations and improving service performance. 

As Leisure Director, he is focused on creating welcoming, accessible facilities that support healthier communities, combining commercial insight with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences. 

Lauren leads communications, marketing and engagement across LWM, bringing extensive experience in local government communications, place-making and stakeholder engagement. 

She is passionate about storytelling, building strong partnerships and delivering communications that support organisational priorities while creating meaningful impact for communities. 

Helen leads LWM’s property and project services, providing strategic oversight across the council’s estate, capital projects and compliance, estate management and operational delivery across commercial and residential portfolio.  

She brings a practical and collaborative approach to project delivery, working closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders to deliver safe, efficient and solution-focused outcomes that support long-term asset performance and organisational priorities.

Hannah leads LWM Talent, bringing over 20 years’ recruitment experience across multiple sectors and levels. 

Her proactive and relationship-led approach helps organisations attract and retain high-quality talent, supporting workforce resilience and long-term organisational success. 

James is a Project Delivery Manager with 17 years’ experience across estate agency, lettings, property management and disabled facilities grants. He combines a practical, people-focused approach with a strong focus on data, analysis and continuous improvement.

As Disabled Facilities Grants Service Delivery Manager, he successfully led the service from initial set-up to full delivery within 12 months.

James leads LWM Biodiversity, bringing extensive ecological expertise and commercial insight developed over many years in consultancy and leadership roles. 

He works collaboratively with partners to deliver practical biodiversity solutions that meet regulatory requirements while supporting long-term environmental benefits. 

Ian provides expertise in planning, regeneration and development, with a strong track record of delivering major projects and supporting sustainable growth.

His experience helps ensure strategic decisions are informed by practical planning and development considerations.
